Savvy in business law

Lawyers need to use specific legal language appropriately, so this course focuses on a number of legal topics and case studies. You will develop key areas including the language of negotiations, contract drafting and litigation. In addition, there will be visits from three practising lawyers, guaranteeing topical professional input and individual feedback on a contract drafting task.
